Email support@tinynewsroom.com. Include your account email and, when relevant, the vlog ID, Dodo payment ID, or subscription ID. Do not email passwords, full card numbers, identity documents, or API keys.
Generation problems
Your Dashboard shows whether a generation was accepted, processing, ready, or failed. A failed generation should restore its credit automatically. Do not press Generate again while a vlog is still processing or its submission state is unknown.
Billing and cancellation
Use the Dodo customer portal to view invoices, update payment details, or cancel a weekly subscription. For duplicate charges, refunds, or payment failures, include the payment or subscription ID from your Dodo receipt. See the Refund Policy for the applicable rules.
Likeness, privacy, or copyright concerns
Mark the message as urgent and provide the relevant video URL or ID, the right you hold, and the action requested. We may temporarily restrict access while reviewing a credible report.
